Bikini banned 2 German volleyball players boycott a tournament in Qatar/cric sport point

Bikini banned 2 German volleyball players from boycotting a tournament in Qatar.

Two German volleyball players have refused to participate in a Qatar tournament due to a ban on bikinis.

According to British media reports, these women players are Kerala Burger and Julia Sodi who say that Qatar is the first country in the world and this is the first tournament in the world where we will be told by the government how to play and what to wear during the game. So we will boycott the volleyball tournament in Qatar.

Kerala and Julia said, "We go there for our job, but we are prevented from wearing our job clothes there." It should be noted that this event will take place in March. Qatar is hosting this women's tour event for the first time. In this tournament, female players have been instructed by the Qatari authorities to wear shirts and long trousers instead of bikinis. Officials say the bikini is against Qatar's culture and values, so female athletes will not be allowed to wear it.
