THE PAKISTAN CRICKET BOARD HAS DECIDED TO HOLD THE REMAINIG 20 MATCHES OF PSL 6 IN JUNE IN THIS YEAR.

The Pakistan Cricket Board has decided to hold the remaining 20 matches of PSL 6 in June this year.

According to a statement issued by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Thursday, the June window has been declared the most suitable for the event due to the national cricket team's international engagements from May to April and August to September.



The decision was taken at a virtual meeting between the Pakistan Cricket Board and franchise owners on Thursday.

The remaining 20 matches of the event will now be scheduled between the national cricket team's return from a tour of Zimbabwe on May 13 and their departure for England on June 26.

The sixth edition of the Pakistan Super League was postponed to March 4 after seven players and officials confirmed the coronavirus.

In this regard, after a virtual meeting between the PCB and the team owners, the Pakistan Cricket Board announced the postponement of the Pakistan Super League 6.

A Cricket Board spokesman said the PCB would immediately take steps to facilitate PCR testing, corona vaccine, and isolation of participants from all six teams.
